Is God Calling You?

God calls each person in a unique way. Every person coming to this world has a mission to accomplish. Some are called to serve him by accepting a way of life in religious life.  Pope Benedict XVI once while addressing the young people told, “Do not be afraid of Christ. He takes nothing away, and He gives you everything. When we give ourselves to Him, we receive a hundredfold in return.”

Discerning one’s vocation is very important. One of the best ways to discern is done through prayer, especially in the presence of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. Our Blessed Mother, who listened to God and carried out His will stands as an example for all Christians. Hence, praying the Rosary and staying in touch with her is important. Also, reception of sacraments of penance and the Holy Eucharist will help a person listen to God more attentively.

If you are looking for counsel to help you discern your vocation, do not hesitate to get spiritual direction from a person who is trained to do so.

If you sincerely believe that God is calling you to serve His people by becoming part of our society, you are welcome. Do contact us at any time.

We wish and pray that you may have the grace to know the great and loving plan of God for you and respond to Him in total freedom and generosity. May you have the courage and strength to carry out His plan in your life.
